Shipping policy

Relentlece currently sells digital products. No physical product will be shipped for products identified as digital products.

After successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital product electronically. Access may be provided through the order confirmation or status page and/or through a download link sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please ensure that you enter a valid email address when placing your order.

Most digital products should be available shortly after successful payment. In some cases, payment verification or technical issues may cause a delay.

If you have completed your purchase but cannot access your product, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

If you still cannot access your purchase, contact relentlece@gmail.com with your name, email address used at checkout, and order number.
